Reach for Your
Dreams
“Reach for
Your Dreams” is a free program
that was designed to help you with your day-to-day practical needs
including finding housing, food, clothing, or medical services.
Our social service coordinator will meet with you during scheduled
meetings where you will work with her in setting and completing
personal goals. Peer counsel is given along with community
referrals. If you are in need of continued one-on-one peer
counsel, a volunteer can be assigned to help you through our exciting
Mom-to-Mom program which is a more personal, long-term version of
“Reach for Your Dreams”. |
Moms In Training

pregnant teens and women with knowledge and skills to complete a
healthy pregnancy, have a positive labor experience, and provide their
new family member with excellent care. Sessions are once a week
